Your Vote Matters
Participating in elections is one of the key freedoms of American life and voting is a responsibility and privilege that each eligible citizen should embrace. No matter what you believe or whom you support, it is important to exercise your right to vote.
Voting allows you to stand up for the issues you care about by electing the people who share your values and will work towards addressing the issues that matter most to you, your family, and your community. By actively participating in the voting process, you can help shape legislation on topics such as education, healthcare, the environment, and a variety of other topics on the local and national levels that impact our everyday lives.
Your vote does matter. In local elections one candidates victory could actually be determined by just a few votes. Your decision to vote could sway an election and put the candidate you voted for in office. That is powerful!
Don’t sit out the next election. Vote!
